R. Bradley Hiatt
Managing Attorney
Bradley Hiatt is a staunch advocate for workers' rights and public health, fighting for clients injured by asbestos exposure, hazardous chemicals, defective drugs, and faulty medical devices since 2012. A native Texan, Bradley’s early exposure to the risks of toxic substances in his family’s printing business fueled his passion for environmental advocacy and worker safety. Bradley was born and raised in Dallas, Texas by parents who ran a family business. He attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, where "Man for Others" became a life-long pursuit. After graduating from Southwestern University, in Georgetown, Texas, Bradley and his wife Elizabeth moved their young family of three to Oxford, Mississippi. There, they embraced a fulfilling life on the farm and in the law, both graduating from the University of Mississippi Law School. Bradley graduated in 2011 summa cum laude; his academic journey was highlighted by his role as Honor Council President and his contributions to the Mississippi Law Journal, alongside achieving the prestigious Judge Neil B. Biggers, Jr. Constitutional Law Award. Bradley began his professional career in Gulfport, Mississippi, with a clerkship under Chief Magistrate Judge John Roper in the Southern District of Mississippi. He then joined his father-in-law’s leading asbestos firm, where he led a successful team that secured over $50 million in compensation for thousands of asbestos victims. Today, Bradley continues to fight for workers and families hurt by hazardous products at work, home, and in everyday life. He is driven by a commitment to personalized client interactions and adopts a family-oriented approach to legal advocacy. After more than 10 years of work in the family firm, Bradley opened the Hiatt Law Group to fight for another generation of workers and families. Outside the office, Bradley is a devoted family man, enjoying the great outdoors, his pets, and cherished movie nights with his wife and their three children.

Elizabeth Wilson Hiatt
Chief Business Officer
Elizabeth Wilson Hiatt embodies the spirit of resilience and dedication. Raised along Mississippi's vibrant Gulf Coast and later in Jackson, she grew up admiring her father's dedication to fighting for America’s workers. While later working in Dallas, she met her husband Bradley Hiatt, and together they moved back to Mississippi in 2007 to pursue their shared dream of joining the legal profession. Elizabeth's academic journey began with her relocation to Dallas at 18, where she graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2016 she started law school at The University of Mississippi where she distinguished herself as Top Negotiator. A title she often joked came at an unfair advantage to someone with three children. In 2017, when she and Bradley purchased her father’s firm, Elizabeth joined the team as business manager. As a mother to three school-aged children, Elizabeth blended her roles as both a devoted parent and a burgeoning legal professional. With a robust foundation in small business marketing and management, Elizabeth's career before law was as diverse as it was impactful. Her experiences range from working for the United States Senate in constituent services, to working in the administration of government-supported pharmaceutical research. She was also passionately engaged in community-supported agriculture, even managing a small sustainable family farm—an endeavor that reflects her commitment to nurturing both people and the planet we all live on. When Bradley founded Hiatt Law Group in 2022, Elizabeth stepped into the pivotal role of Chief Business Officer, directing the firm's business operations. What fuels Elizabeth's passion at HLG is her commitment to continuing her family's legacy of protecting and advocating for America's workers during their hardest moments. For her, the most fulfilling aspect of her work is not only carrying on her father’s legacy, but also empowering families affected by mesothelioma and asbestos exposure to seek the justice they rightfully deserve. Her dedication goes beyond the professional realm; she enjoys enriching her children's lives while ensuring they understand the importance of compassion and community support. Elizabeth Wilson Hiatt’s journey reflects resilience, determination, and an unwavering commitment to justice—making her not only a successful business leader but also a devoted mother and community advocate. With unwavering enthusiasm and a human touch, she is not just a leader in the firm; she is a mother, a community advocate, and a resilient entrepreneur, proving that success is possible through hard work, dedication, and a heartfelt commitment to helping others. Her journey is a testament to the belief that one can fulfill personal dreams while making a significant impact in the lives of families across America.
